North Commuter Rail Project is now the Red Line

The Metropolitan Transit Commission (MTC) voted unanimously to adopt Red as the official color of the future North Corridor Commuter Rail Line. The proposed 25-mile rapid transit line would connect Charlotte with four of the region’s fast growing towns-Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson and Mooresville. more

Heavy Traffic Expected for 10/29 Arena Event

The “Get Motivated Business Seminar” will take place at the Time Warner Cable Arena on Thursday, Oct.29. Extremely heavy uptown traffic is expected starting at 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Morning and evening rush hour traffic will experience the most congestion. Lunch time crowds are also expected to be heavy in the government district. more
