Aisha is a dynamic leader passionate about fostering inclusive communities. As the Director of South End for Center City Partners, she collaborates closely with stakeholders to drive forward the vibrant vision of Charlotte’s South End. With a rich background in community engagement and development, Aisha previously spearheaded strategic initiatives as the Corridors of Opportunity Community Engagement Manager for the City of Charlotte. Committed to ensuring diverse voices are heard, she champions equity and inclusion across the city.

Aisha holds a Master of Arts from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, and a certification in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Residing in Charlotte since 2015 with her now husband Justen, Aisha enjoys exploring the Queen City with her family, undertaking DIY home projects, and indulging in her love for dogs and food.
