Dennis McIntosh
Controller
Dennis McIntosh serves as the Controller for Charlotte Center City Partners (CCCP), overseeing all financial operations for CCCP and its related entities. His responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting. In this role, he ensures the integrity and effectiveness of financial processes while providing strategic financial insights to leadership and the board.

Dennis joined CCCP in October 2021 as Senior Accountant, bringing a rich and diverse background in accounting across industries including public accounting, manufacturing, and financial services. His commitment to fostering more equitable, thriving, and sustainable communities aligns with CCCP’s mission to enhance the vitality of Charlotte’s urban core.

In addition to his work at CCCP, Dennis serves as Treasurer for Silent Images, a nonprofit that creates impactful storytelling through film to support other nonprofits and passion projects.

Originally from South Carolina, Dennis now calls Charlotte home and values being part of an organization dedicated to strengthening and elevating the city. He is a graduate of Furman University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
