Justin is a highly accomplished and experienced researcher. As Director of Research, Justin leads the organization's research efforts and collaborates with key stakeholders to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Charlotte area. He is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive research studies, analyzing complex data sets, and communicating findings to inform public policy, economic development strategies, and urban planning initiatives.

Before joining Charlotte Center City Partners, Justin served in various research and economic development roles, including as a research analyst at the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina and as a research assistant at the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. He holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and criminal justice and a master's degree in public administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Justin enjoys craft breweries, trying new cuisines, and exploring the city with friends. He is a combat sports enthusiast and an avid horror movie fan.
