As the Programs and Events Coordinator, Kiara expertly manages all programs and events, under the direction of the Program and Events Manager, Senior Director of Programs and Events, and Chief Creative Officer. She ensures that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. Additionally, Kiara supports the Program and Events Manager with the Tryon Street Mall permitting processes and maintains the events calendar.

Kiara joined the E-Team as an intern in 2022 and quickly advanced to a contractor position in 2023. During this time, she gained valuable hands-on experience, contributing to the planning and execution of various events in Center City.

A Charlotte native, Kiara's love for the city continues to grow. She enjoys discovering new dining spots in Uptown and South End, experimenting with new recipes, and cuddling with her two cats, Mochi and Dot.
