Chicago-based Riverside has started construction on a large mixed-use project linking South End and Uptown. Known as the Queensbridge Collective, the development will feature an office tower and residential tower, 40,000 square feet of retail, and 1 acre of green outdoor space. Once complete, this project will be the tallest building outside of the Uptown central business district.
